Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging or a durable shipping bag.
Drop Off Your Gear
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
